Join us for a 3-hour workshop where you can come for Qi Gong, Tai Chi, or stay for the full experience. Whether you’re brand new or returning to your practice, this is a powerful way to connect, learn, and feel supported.
Event Schedule:
12–1 PM: Qi Gong with Thomas – fun, beginner-friendly, and energizing.
1–2 PM: Tea, Q&A, and community connection.
2–3 PM: Tai Chi with Kent – Learn the rare Yang 13 Style.
We’ll begin with a fun Qi Gong class led by Thomas Wurm. These movements are easy to follow and help you feel strong, focused, and at ease. Qi Gong is the most widely practiced form of exercise in the world, and this is a great way to experience it.
Then we’ll share tea, connect in community, and open the space for questions and conversation. You’ll learn how these practices reduce stress, boost energy, and support a more joyful, balanced life.
To close the day, Kent Combs will guide you through the Yang 13 Style of Tai Chi. This was the first Tai Chi form Kent ever learned, and to our knowledge, the Soul Healing Center is the only place in North America where you can learn it in person. It is flowing, meditative, and easy to learn.
