Refund Policy

At the Soul Healing Center of Olympia, we are committed to delivering exceptional services and ensuring satisfaction for all our clients. Our refund policy provides transparency and fairness while supporting the smooth operation of our center.

Classes

Drop-In Classes

Refunds are not available for missed or canceled drop-in classes.
If a class is canceled by the Soul Healing Center, clients will receive a full refund or have the option to apply their payment as a credit toward a future class.

Class Passes

Class passes are refundable within 14 days of purchase, minus a $10 processing fee.
If a class is canceled, class pass credits applied to the canceled class will be returned to the pass holder, as though the credit was unused.

Unlimited Memberships

Unlimited-Weekly Memberships: Sales are final and non-refundable.
Unlimited-Monthly Memberships: Refundable within 7 days of purchase.
Unlimited 3-Month Memberships: Refundable within 7 days of purchase.
Unlimited 6-Month Memberships: Refundable within 7 days of purchase.
Unlimited 12-Month Memberships: Refundable within 7 days of purchase.

Workshops & Events

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop or event.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event are non-refundable. However, a credit may be issued at the discretion of the Soul Healing Center.

Private Sessions

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to kent@kentqigong.com.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method whenever possible.
